Everyone had a great time. All the rooms were spacious and had nice size bathrooms. My 2 yr old LOVED the Elsa room. We spent almost every night out side by the pool. Owner was very quick with responses. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

This is a great place to stay for two families at the beach. The home was well equipped and had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. We were also just a short bike ride to The Hub & Seacrest Shops.

This is place is worth every penny! It had great activities nearby and a Walmart in walking distance. For sure 10/10. I would recommend that you don’t count this place out if your planning to visit Florida. 1 1/2 hours to Tampa or Daytona and 30 minutes to Orlando.

Words can’t explain how fantastic this place truly is. The attention to detail in the design makes this home something you only see in the movies! This home has lots of space for many guests! Many bathrooms, closets, and eating areas inside and out. Big kitchen too. Themed backyard made it fun for everyone! Great large gas grill was awesome for steaks and burgers. Jacuzzi was great in the cool spring evening. TV’s literally everywhere and the app options were a big plus. Finally the game room was fun every evening. So bottom line, strongly recommend!

We have 5 children, so space & cleanliness are important! The neighborhood is quiet and the guarded gate gave us an additional sense of security. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The neighborhood is safe and beautifully maintained. The oasis pool is a five minute walk and has a great gym and amazing pools. The home itself is beautifully decorated and the pool area is private and peaceful. You won’t ever want to leave! Visit local farmers markets or dine in Orlando. Go shopping or just sit in your private lanai and read a novel. Wifi works perfectly for kids in virtual school. Will return next winter and hope to stay longer! Thank you for hosting us!

The home was beautifully decorated. The garage game room was nicely finished. The heated pool in February was a nice getaway from the cold Michigan winter. The property manager was very professional and responsive when dealing with the pool heater failure.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Champions Gate is just beautiful! There are lots of great restaurants close by and a Publix just a few miles away. This really felt like a home away from home! I feel we got so much more for our money here. We've stayed in the Disney resorts in the past, but probably would not again after staying here. Why? when you can stay here for way less money, and you get a gorgeous updated modern unit with way more space to spread out, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a game room all the comforts of home and your own private pool! Not to mention the resort area, which is so gorgeous, my kids had an absolute blast! This unit would also work for folks with mobility issues as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando in the future!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We had more than enough room for all of us to live comfortably. A nice big pantry and great pots and pans, oven take a little while to warm up. Every room has a TV, including the bonus pool room. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, a mix of other rental properties and families who live there. Pool was beautiful in appearance and size. Perfect size for our family to spend Christmas and New Years in and for allowing our kids to find nooks in to do remote schooling. I would absolutely stay here again!

Home is beautiful. The kids all loved their stay. We have stayed in many vacation homes and this was definitely our favorite. The resort is great and the homes are so new and modern. Loved having a Sam’s, Target and Walmart within minutes. Very close to all theme parks- took 15 minutes to get to all of them.

We loved every bit of this home. We were able to have a movie night for the kids. The downstairs family room was perfect for adults and the big room upstairs was perfect for the kids. There were enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably.

This house was perfect for our family's gathering. The open floorplan on the lower level made for a great space for dining, cooking, game nights and partying on the patio/pool area. We appreciated the shrubbery around the lanai which provided more privacy than other homes in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Shopping was just 5 minutes away for last minute groceries which was nice. We highly recommend this place!

Very large and spacious home. Three master suites with king beds were a big plus! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Plenty of dining areas and pretty comfortable couch seating.

This property was so beautiful, very spacious over 3200 square footage. 2 living spaces with 4 and half bathrooms. Pool was big with a lot of room to BBQ and kick back. Me and my family loved, loved, loved this place and we were pretty bummed that we had to leave.

We had a great time at this secluded cottage in an ideal location! It’s a quick walk to the beach, an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary and overall very central. We appreciated the great collection of good quality pots and pans, bowls and dishes. Cooking was easy in this kitchen. We rented bikes from the rental company suggested by the host and they were nice and good condition. I also got a 3-day pass at Grayton beach fitness. The owner was great and the facility was clean and had everything I needed. We loved biking down to Alys and Rosemary, and especially sipping coffee on the screened-in porch in the mornings. Overall, we had a great vacation and were glad we found this house.

The kitchen is huge and having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers really made cooking for our party very convenient. We enjoyed it so much that we actually added an additional night. My family and I stayed at this location and we truly had a blast. The home is modernly decorated and located in the back of the community (approximately 5-10 minute walk) to the main clubhouse and the open floor plan offered plenty of room for everyone in our party. I’ve never stayed somewhere that exceeds all of my expectations. Myself and my family were so satisfied and happy to have a small getaway during this pandemic where we didn’t really need to leave the home. I got to be a kid with my kids while also enjoying my adult time in the steam punk room. It became my own hideaway! I have told anyone willing to listen that this is the place to book if ever in the area.

Stayed many times at this location but this was the best room I have stayed in. Plenty of space to entertain and the best views.

Excellent value for the money. This place is well maintained and you get exactly what you see in the pictures. The photos in no way exaggerate the great condition this house is maintained in, and the bonus of the water park and pools are exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4! The home is super cute, very comfortable and well appointed. Our 2 children loved the bunk bed room and we definitely had room should another couple want to join us with 1 or 2 children. The neighborhood is delightful & quiet with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed both outdoor spaces immensely & liked being at the end of the little street that branches off the main neighborhood street for a little more privacy. We utilized the beach chair service recommended to us so all we had to carry down were our beach bag, toys & cooler. This location makes it easy to pop up to the house if you need something which is great when you have little kids. We cooked all meals but two & felt the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The pool is a very short walk as well so another easy access! All in all I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved upon with this property and will definitely consider booking it again.

Magnolia Cottages is our favorite place to stay on 30-A! The neighborhood is so nice and quaint, never seems crowded and is close to everything (Rosemary, Alys, Seaside). My family has been vacationing on 30A for the last 15 years. This is one of my favorite places to stay. This property was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Everything from the communication with the property manager to every detail with the rental was effortless and perfect. We will be back here again soon.

The home has everything you need and the location is very convenient. About a 1 minute walk to the pool, a 3 minute walk to the beach access, and about a 15 minute bike ride to the Seacrest restaurants. We would stay here again.

This property was very spacious and inviting. The whole check-in/out process was very streamlined and the property manager was responsive, and in a timely manner. My family enjoyed their time here, as we spent most of the day in the pool. The neighborhood was very inviting and in close proximity of grocery and convenience stores which was a real plus.

This week long family getaway was better than we could have hoped. We had a variety of ages in our group and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The family especially enjoyed the pool area and board games provided.

This home was our oasis, literally. It was spacious, clean, and made for a great getaway! The neighborhood was nice to ride bikes in and we had our own pool which we could heat. The house was amazing! Bigger than the pictures let on, which has not been our experience at other places.

This property was very nice, cozy, & clean! The backyard was spacious and there was a tennis court behind us. The gym was also a convenient walk, just across the backyard. The pool area, and especially the jacuzzi were wonderful! This place is perfect for 6 people.

Myself, my spouse, and our 4m old traveled with my parents, brother, & sister-in-law. We had more than enough room, as we only needed 3/6 bedrooms. There was no crib/pack and play for a child but a local company rents that out as was delivering it as we pulled in the driveway. Check-in was incredibly easy, communication was clear and quick. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were amazing. We purchased the pool heat and were not disappointed. The downstairs living room /kitchen is perfect as it over looks the pool area so it really is great for a large group. Probably a 20 min walk to the clubhouse, which was nice and clean, also has a nice pool and spa. The gated community makes for a safe stay. The trees along the lanai are perfect as well since you do not see your neighbors and you back up a forest. Would stay again!

We enjoyed the location as it was close to the resorts, shopping (Target, Publix, etc.) and in a very quiet community. We enjoyed looking out to the water from the pool area while the kids played. The house was roomy and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. My in-laws enjoyed the main floor bedroom/bathroom and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. We thought the kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes, cookware, Tupperware, which was a plus. The main draw for us was the community pool area which did not disappoint! Kids loved it, lots of activities, did not seem overly busy, yet be sure to arrive early if you would like to get chairs/umbrella, etc. It opens at 9 and we were usually there by 9:30. The food at the on-site grill was pretty good and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back down to the Orlando area!

Everything looks just like it does in the photos but definitely bigger than we imagined. So much room for our group of 10 adults to spread out. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of seating. We made good use of the private pool area which was awesome! Also had fun playing pool, ping pong, etc. We met the property manager and cleaning person shortly after arrival and they were both very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful unique place. You can watch TV on a big screen upstairs in the movie-themed room. In addition to the popcorn maker, popcorn lamps, Oscars on the shelf, and director panel on doors...this is just one example of how this home is decorated! Easy in and out of the place. Friendly security upon arrival and everyday you see them. Quiet and safe neighborhood with clubhouse. Many great games at the clubhouse, nice community pool. Very happy with our choice!

We loved our stay at Windsor hills!! GREAT location. Walmart is just down the street and many restaurants. The community pool is beautiful and heated (the splash pad and slides are not heated water). This house in a resort community is large, well laid out, nicely decorated and perfect for larger groups or multiple families due to the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, separate areas for relaxation or gaming, and the screen-enclosed pool overlooking one of the community lakes. The resort community is very quiet. It is also a convenient location within a short drive to local attractions and other resorts. The team was responsive on messaging, and provided detailed instructions and information about the house up front. The house is 'self catering' and we were supplied with a detailed list of what would be provided and what we should bring ourselves--this was very helpful for our planning.

This home was great, perfect for large or multiple families. Lots of space, great layout, comfortable furnishings, easy secure location, and great amenities at Solterra Resort! Upon arrival the home was well cleaned and staged beautifully. The host was friendly and always quick to respond.

The house was an easy walk with 2 kids in a wagon to the beach, much closer then expected. The community was quiet and close to Alys beach.

Beautiful home. Extremely spacious and sparkling clean. We stayed there with friends and family for Disney trip and everyone had a wonderful time. Having our own bedrooms and space made this stay extremely comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I give the host and home 5 star!!!

Very spacious, clean and open concept living space on the main floor and private sleeping quarters upstairs. I loved en-suite bathrooms in each of the rooms and the loft upstairs, great for little kids or multiple families. Backyard was quiet and private perfect for lazing in the sun and/or pool! Nicely decorated with a very spacious 2nd floor. It's an end unit, so you only have a neighbor on one side. Kids enjoyed the pool and the game room!

We enjoyed our stay at 411 Cabello Drive. The home is spacious. The house accommodated our family of seven very well, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had plenty of room to peacefully retreat from each other . Our boys loved having their own personal space and really enjoyed the pool. Us adults enjoyed the pool and rec room as well. We paid extra to have the pool heated. I'm glad that we did since the first few days of our stay was rather chilly. The community is very quiet and well kept. The area is close to many main attractions, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Communication with Heather and her team is excellent. We usually stay at resorts when we travel, so we were nervous about trying a vacation rental. I'm so glad we made the choice to stay here. Our stay went smoothly and we appreciate the hospitality!

Comfortable home, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Easy to get to animal kingdom, excellent largemouth bass fishing in the pond. We didn't cook at all but the amenities are there if needed. ac works, heater works, everything worked as expected.

For any family that may be hesitant to stay off-site when visiting Disney or other parks, let me tell you that your doubts will be wiped away when you get a place like this. The rental was astoundingly beautiful and clean, incredibly spacious and the facilities provided with a large pool, lazy river, splash park, tennis, basketball, game room... the list goes on and on. Don't think twice! Do yourself a favor and book this ASAP! We will be back again soon!!

We LOVED this rental. Great space, cohesive decor, awesome location, beautiful community, very clean. It’s the easiest walk to the most sugary white sand beach. The home felt very private. The community of Seacrest was an upscale, calm beach town. We had an amazing time.

The place was spotless and super clean. We loved everything about it. Each room had very nice decor. The whole house was well furnished and newly remodeled, as well as the pool. The jacuzzi was nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The excellent location for Disney parks. Universal is further away, but it is reached in 20 minutes by highway. There is a Walmart, Ross, Dollar Tree, Burguer King, Taco Bell nearby, there are many businesses nearby. The staff was always an email or a call away if we needed something.

This condo provides you with a great location for food, shopping (Target, Walmart, etc.), and close proximity to all the Disney property. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo, which was a great bonus for us! The team was quick to respond to our questions. It was a very clean, quiet, and spacious location.

This was an awesome condo! The furnishings are super stylish and it was a very comfortable space to crash in after long days at Disney World. Everything is very clean. We loved the pool! My little girls loved the Mickey and Minnie room!

Top notch Airbnb. A range of amenities, the public pool was heated / great, check in was a breeze, the host left a guestbook highlighting activities, etc. My wife and I plan to stay there again on a future trip to Disney.

The villa is lovely and big with plenty of space. Bedrooms are all big with large comfortable beds. The kitchen/lounge/dining area is really big and well presented. We didn’t use the splash pool so can’t comment on that. We loved the storey lake area - it’s so convenient for every theme park with plenty of parking. Great for families with a safe feel. Would stay again.

This place is 10/10 for people visiting Disney World. It was close to everything and made our trip so much easier.

The house is great and located in a very quiet condominium, not far from the Disney parks region. The bed and bath linens were spotless and clean. The house was also presented to us in excellent conditions of cleanliness and habitability, with all equipment working perfectly. We stayed 11 days in a group of 11 people and were very comfortable (Rio de Janeiro / Brazil).

Exactly as advertised. Very clean, 30 mins from Disney, close to the lazy river/community pool, close to grocery stores and comes stocked with everything you need to make meals for a family. Thank you Heather and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Beautiful pool and patio. We have rented over a dozen rental homes and this is the first home that we want to come back to.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Solara Resort and would definitely return. The check-in process was so simple. The townhouse was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of cookware. The club house offers so much: Teen Room, Fitness Center, VolleyBall, Basketball, Heated Swimming Pool. The food at the restaurant in the Club House is reasonably priced and delicious.

This house was amazing. Pool was fantastic. We chose to heat the pool. Strongly recommend to do so. We hardly could keep the kids out of it. Beds were excellent. House was properly equipped. Neighborhood was wonderful. The kids and wife can’t wait to go back. We explored a lot of the area and would strongly recommend this area. Close to everything - yet very quiet.

Home looks just like the pictures! It is very spacious house so don't think your close together you do have the room to space out if that is needed! The team went above and beyond and answered all my questions before arriving and there was a book full of information and suggestions! Will definitely stay again!

I was with a family of 6 one was a 4 year old , it was a perfect house for us all , TVs in all rooms so if ya needed a break away it was ideal , it’s all ground floor so no worry about a stairs and a young child ! There was absolutely nothing we thought about that the house was missing ! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! In a very safe gated community , mins driving from most main shops , and airport is only 30 mins international drive about 25 Disney 20 Would definitely recommend this house and hopefully be back !! Gets a 10/10 for me ! Owner was very quick to reply with queries I had regarding my booking ! Loved it !!

Had no issues with the house. There was a lot of space in the house. Cable TV on every TV within the house. No problems checking in at the front great. Looking forward to staying there next year.

Our family really loved our stay!! The house is large, well appointed and the pool area was a blast! Our girls loved the themed bedrooms and bonus area upstairs, it was a really nice touch! We did purchase the pool heat and it was well worth the extra money. We utilized the pool in the early morning and late evening and the water was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

We loved this house! There was so much space for everyone to spread out and have some quiet time. The kids loved the plunge pool and went in early in the morning and late at night - having it heated was a good call. The kitchen and bathrooms were high-end and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the main pool which was convenient for our family. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

Beautifully decorated home in a lovely residential area just off 30A. Kitchen is unbelievably well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve a meal. Open concept main area (kitchen, dining, and living) is great for families. The large, screened porch area backing on the woods was wonderful and peaceful. Stack washer-dryer in the unit is great to have, as is the outdoor grill provided.

The house was perfectly clean and just as pictured. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. I only had to ask a couple of questions and rec'd messages back promptly. I recommend this property.

This home was everything and more!! It’s great to walk into a home and find that it is even better in person than in the pictures! The resort area was quiet, the resort property very clean, and the staff very friendly. Everything about the home itself was Fantastic, especially the fact that everyone had their own bathroom, a big plus for trying to get out early to enjoy the parks and Orlando. Our family always has a great time on vacation, but the stay in this home Truly made it one of the best we’ve had in a long time! We would definitely stay here again.

This home is a beautiful 5BR 4BA two-story home. It has an enclosed pool in the back. The decor is clean, neat, and very modern. I really like the way they setup the rooms, including the dining table. WIFI and Internet is very good and streaming was not an issue. It's in the middle of a golf course as well. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house was great and the location was no more than a 25 minute ride to any of the Disney Parks which was great. The house was clean and we enjoyed the pool (we recommend you pay to heat it if you are there in in the winter). The development overall has a lot of restaurants, a supermarket and a Walgreens at the entrance so anything you need is only a few minutes drive away. Overall a good value for your money especially if you are coming with a large family or multiple families. Lot's of space and private bedrooms.

This house is phenomenal! Everything was EXACTLY as pictured and it was SUPER CLEAN! We all loved having our own bathrooms and we never felt crowded. There were 6 of us and it was perfect. The pool was so nice. I was so happy I got pool heat. The spa felt more like a jacuzzi to us and it was perfect after those long days at the amusement parks.

This place is in a great location! There were lots of linens available, as well as a well stocked kitchen. Pool was very clean. The house was very clean as well. The set up was perfect for our family, having the 3 king beds downstairs worked perfect.
